Can I collect my item that I ordered online from the store?
Many of the items that we sell online are specialist products that are dispatched direct from the manufacturer and therefore they are not available for collection from the store.

Store Parking
Situated in the heart of city centre Liverpool, there are many car parks within 5 minutes walking distance from our location in Williamson Square. The areas closest to ourselves are Queens Sq. Car Park, Liverpool 1 Q-park and NCP car parking in St Johns shopping centre all of which have excellent sign posting.
If you require help getting your purchase to the car we provide a pick up area with timed slots to suit you. That way you can visit us first, pick up some great deals and arrange to meet us on your way home. All the convienience of retail park shopping without the limited choice of shops.
Store Pick Up
Don't worry about buying heavier items and then having to get them to your car. With our select and collect service we'll take heavier items to your car so you don't have to.

We have just invested in a new fleet of delivery vans so we can continue to deliver excellent service right to your home. For a small fee we can deliver to all areas within Merseyside and parts of Lancashire. Public Transport
As we are now located in the heart of the city centre we are close to all the different means of public transport.
If you are getting a bus into the city we are right next to the Queens Square bus terminal. We are also only a 5 minute walk from all of the other main bus stops in the city from Paradise Street to James Street.
If you prefer to get the train into the city, again we are only a short walk from both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Train Stations.
If you are coming into the city on public transport you don't have to worry about getting your items home as we offer a delivery service. The great this is this service is also free on orders over £150.00*. Please note: Some exclusions apply.
